As a Dental Professional

You are required to have dental compliance evidence (such as GDC registered, DBS check) to practice in the UK. You need to make sure you upload all relevant evidence for the type of role you are looking for. If any document does not apply to you you can skip the section but make sure you select the most relevant answer.

For dentists, most dental practices are looking for recent (last 12-18 months) DBS check, GDC registration and NHS Performer Numbers (for NHS). If you do not have an active DBS record you can see a list of companies on the government website on request a copy of criminal record which can help you out.

If you are not GDC registered yet, please make sure you upload your

  • Degree certificate
  • Dental references
  • Proof of Immunisation
  • Basic Life Support Certificate
  • Safeguarding of Children Certificate
  • Any other relevant documentation

You can still apply for jobs if you do not meet all requirements given the profile is approved. Our support team will be in touch after you submit your profile to be verified and you can discuss your circumstance if needed.

As Practice Support role

If you are looking for practice support role (e.g. practice manager, receptionist), the dental documents are not quite applicable to you. Feel free to upload references or any document that would boost trust and interest to your future dental employer.
