A few things to consider are:
- the job type you are interested in
- commute distance radius
- the job category: date-specific (aka locum) or non-date specific (perm or temp)
Other areas that are taken into account for job recommendations are things related to the job listings and your profile - e.g. clinical experience, skills etc. It's good to always keep this section updated for best job recommendations: Adding your Work Experience and Skills.
