Job templates are a good way to save time when you publish multiple listing with similar description or job requirements. That is particularly applicable in scenarios such as:
- you want to hire for the same role but in other locations
- you want to hire for the same type of role: e.g. Non-Date Specific, permanent, non-locum, five days per week, yearly salary.
In such cases you can just create a template and use it when you publish a job. Go to Job Templates on Menu bar and click Add Template.
To invite your team to the job templates you can grant them Viewer or Admin access. With these roles you can:
- Viewer: can only see the templates
- Admin: can create new templates and them to publish jobs
